Supported Living
We prioritise the unique individuality of each person living in our support care locations. We endeavour to support them to cater for their needs and achieve their aspirations, which follows through to making every home unique to match the residents that occupy it. We are committed and proud to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, dedicating ourselves to supporting each individual to have an enjoyable, purposeful and fulfilling life. Our homes are designed and adapted to be warm, welcoming and comfortable places for people requiring 24-7 support to live safely and comfortably. They are tailored to support people with physical/Learning disabilities or autism, to be the masters of their everyday lives. We aim to provide homes that are in the heart of local communities, having excellent transport links as well as providing the perfect setting to enjoy exploring new places, meeting up with family and friends and getting involved in new hobbies and interests. Our support plans remain flexible to adapt with a person's changing needs and abilities. We provide friendly encouragement to nurture confidence and independence. Any adaptations and changes to the way we support are carefully discussed through the regular feedback meetings we hold with individuals, those who are important to them and any relevant care professionals. We listen to everyone's feedback, aspirations and goals and we have structured effective communication pathways to enable all relevant parties to be up to date and engaged with the progress and successes.
